Return & Refund Policy – Custom and Made-to-Order Items

Thank you for shopping with us. Please review our return and refund policy carefully before placing an order, especially for custom or made-to-order items.

Custom & Made-to-Order Items

All customized and made-to-order products are created specifically for you based on the details you provide at checkout. Because of the personalized nature of these items:

  • All custom and made-to-order items are final sale

  • Returns, refunds, or exchanges are not accepted once production has begun

  • Orders cannot be canceled or changed after submission

This includes, but is not limited to:

  • Custom apparel

  • Personalized drinkware

  • Items with names, logos, photos, or custom designs

  • Bulk or B2B custom orders

Buyer Responsibility

Customers are responsible for ensuring that all customization details are correct before placing an order, including:

  • Spelling and text accuracy

  • Design selection and placement

  • Color choices

  • Sizing information (for apparel)

We are not responsible for errors submitted by the customer.

Production Variations

Please note:

  • Mockups are digital representations; final products may vary slightly in color or placement due to screen settings and production processes

  • Minor variations are not considered defects

Damaged or Defective Items

If your order arrives damaged or defective, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery with clear photos of the issue and your order number.

If approved, we will:

  • Replace the item at our discretion

Refunds will only be issued if a replacement is not possible.

Non-Custom / Ready-to-Ship Items

If applicable, non-custom or ready-to-ship items may be eligible for return. Please contact us within 7 days of deliveryfor approval. Items must be unused and in original condition. Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer.

Bulk & B2B Orders

All bulk, wholesale, and B2B custom orders are final sale. Proof approvals are required before production begins.
